Seems bugged, I signed Extended Shift before finishing the base generator and then went through the optional upgrades and still didn't get the achievement. |

Not great, not terrible | Build the Generator in The Last Autumn scenario, employing people neither in Safe nor Deadly workplaces | Tip: You're disqualified for this achievement for even momentary Safe/Deadly status in an active workplace. Factory Inspectorate can be especially problematic (though not impossible) to use, since its safety increase is applied after evaluating relative workplace levels. (Concretely: if you have Factory Inspectorate, the workplace needs to be either Dangerous or Unsafe when you assign workers; if it starts Deadly, then the brief period of Deadly will disqualify you. If it starts Unhealthy, then Factory Inspectorate will bump it up to Safe. Factory Inspectorate's safety factor is always applied AFTER work begins in active sites.) It is recommended to remove all assigned workers from the Generator site at the end of each shift, and only reassign them the next day when you are assured that the workplace safety will be where it needs to be. |

Negotiator | Deal with the Londoners' thievery peacefully | You get this achievement during the thievery events when you take the option "Let him go, he's not the Murderer" after a successful investigation. This option is only available if a guard was murdered before. Therefore you always need to send out your guards when something happen in your city to maximise the probability of a deadly incident (Keep savepoints, as it is not always the case that someone dies). Works with either, Faith Keepers or Order. You won't get the achievement immediately after releasing the murder suspect, but a few days later when the "end of thievery" event triggers. |

Sprinter | Find New Manchester before Day 15 | New Manchester is to the east in The Arks. You need to complete the "Autonomous city" quest before day 12. One day after completion of the quest, an event occurs where a man is running towards your city. Have a scout (or an Automaton scout) with fully upgraded speed ready at your city and send them to intercept the man, and New Manchester will be revealed once he arrives.
If you don't complete Autonomous City in time, the man will appear automatically at day 14 at 10am. However, at this point even fully-upgraded scouts will take a day and a half to reach New Manchester, so this will be too late. |
