Notes

One Charcoal Kiln requires one Sawmill for a stable supply of wood. Kilns only require 5 employees and the efficiency upgrades are relatively large. Later in the game a Kiln-based coal economy requires wall drills to keep up with the excessive demand of wood, but frees up a lot of employees.
