Events[ | ]

There are events associated with this law.

Bonus[ | ]

This event triggers after you build the Factory Inspectorate.

An engineer from the Factory Inspectorate comes to talk to you. "I have great news, boss! To celebrate the opening of our Inspectorate, the company sent us a shipment of fine tobacco. It's a rare delight in these times. Wouldn't it be nice to share it with workers?"

You will have the following options:

  • Great idea: Strike risk will fall for 2 days
  • Keep it for engineers: Efficiency will rise by 10% for 2 days

Supervision[ | ]

They will ask you to sign the Overseers (Labour Law).

Sir, the factory inspectors report that we need constant supervision in order to speed up work. "The old methods are not good enough. We have seen enough cases of wastefulness and inefficiency to convince us that all employees would benefit from direct supervision by engineers. If you put us in charge, motivation will rise, and efficiency with it"

You will have the following options:

  • I'll think about it: Discontent will rise slightly
  • Let's do it: You will have 2 days to pass "Overseers"
