Serves hot meals during the workday to help people better cope with the cold.
Raises the heat level by 1 of work buildings in range. Uses 1 Food Rations per hour of operation.

The Field Kitchen does not feed citizens even though it consumes food rations.
The heating effect is only available during the building's working hours of operation. This is non-ideal for buildings that operate outside the typical 8:00 - 18:00 schedule (ie extended shift hours or 24 hour schedule)
