Innovative Process is one of the Technologies in Frostpunk.

Up to 75 Steel Composites are needed in The Last Autumn:
- 25 are needed to construct The Core.
- (Optional) 5 are needed to build fire suppression equipment in The Core.
- 20 are needed to construct both of the Thermal Hulls.
- (Optional) 10 are needed to research Generator Upgrade: Riser System (Technology).
- (Optional) 15 are needed to research Generator Upgrade: Heat Vents (Technology).
Without Innovative Process, this will cost 1750 Steel and 3500 Coal. With Innovative Process, the cost is reduced to 1400 Steel and 2800 Coal - a saving of 350 Steel and 700 Coal.
