Off with the gloves[]

They will ask you to sign the Strike Busting (Labour Law)

Sir, a group of senior overseers is here to talk to you about deaing with worker protests. "Lives depend on us finishing the generator on time, yet workers keep striking. Why are you putting up with this? We have guns. Just give us an order and we'll put a swift end to all this tomfoolery."

You will have the following options:

  • I'll think about it: Discontent will rise.
  • Let's do it: You will have 2 days to pass "Strike Busting".

Stolen chemicals[]

Wandering hands[]

This event is the same as the People's Militia (Labour Law) when you sided with the workers.

A female worker suspected of stealing factory supplies complains that an overseer subjected her to a thorough body search. "Funny how men and older ladies are never suspect!"- she says. "This is untrue! We check everyone who's reported", replies the overseer.

You will have the following options:

  • Side with the worker: Motivation will fall slightly.
  • Side with the overseer: Discontent will rise slightly.

Arson plot[]

They will ask you to sign the Penal Colony (Labour Law).

Sir, the head overseer is here to report on the discovery of an arson plot. "My people found bottles of bensol hidden in workers' quarters. We arrested the suspects, who confessed to plotting an assault on overseers. However, we don't have a secure place to lock them up. What do you want us to do?"

You will have the following options:

  • Release them: Strike risk will rise for 2 days. Discontent will rise slightly. Motivation will rise slightly.
  • Kill them: 5 workers will die. Discontent will rise greatly.
  • We'll build a prison: You will have 2 days to pass 'Penal Colony' and build a Penal Colony
