The Thermal Hull is available during Phase IV of Generator Construction.

- Two Thermal Hulls must be built during phase IV of the Generator construction, at a total cost of 50 Steam Exchangers and 20 Steel Composites.
- There are no scripted accidents for the Thermal Hulls - as long as workplace safety is high enough there will be no accidents.
- Workplace accidents are far less likely to occur while building the Thermal Hulls, as there will be no toxic gasses reducing the safety level. Structural Profiles can also be freely spent on Protective Structures, as they have no other use at this stage.
- Once both Thermal Hulls are built, the Generator will be completed.
